Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing or pickup information, account details, artwork information, uploaded documents, messages, and transaction records. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, and IP address for security and website operation.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, review artwork, communicate about submissions and purchases, coordinate collection and shipping, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
3. Information sharing
We may share information with service providers that support payments, identity verification, hosting, email delivery, shipping, insurance, professional advice, and regulatory compliance. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, property, or the integrity of the platform. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Data retention and security
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which they were collected, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential marketing messages at any time. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes.

Seller fulfilment
Shipping & Collection Policy
Once your painting has been purchased and the buyer's payment has been successfully confirmed, the shipping process will begin immediately.
You will have three (3) business days from the date of payment confirmation to prepare the artwork for collection.
ViremontArts will cover all shipping and logistics costs. No payment, courier fee, customs handling fee, or shipping charge is required from you for standard shipment arrangements.
Collection will be coordinated by our logistics partner, DHL, who will arrange pickup directly from your designated location.
To ensure a smooth collection process, you are responsible for:
- Securely packaging the artwork using appropriate protective materials.
- Ensuring the painting is ready for collection within three (3) business days.
- Providing accurate pickup details and contact information.
- Making the artwork available during the scheduled collection window.
Failure to prepare the artwork within the required timeframe may result in collection delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the transaction where necessary.
Seller proceeds
Withdrawal Policy
Once the sale has been completed and the proceeds become available in your account, you may submit a withdrawal request at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification, banking compliance requirements, and internal processing procedures. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Marketplace agreement
Terms & Conditions
By listing artwork with ViremontArts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The seller confirms they are the lawful owner of the artwork and have the legal right to sell it.
- All artwork descriptions, dimensions, provenance, and condition reports provided by the seller must be accurate and truthful.
- ViremontArts reserves the right to cancel or suspend a transaction if fraudulent activity, false information, or policy violations are identified.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring artwork is securely packaged for transportation. Improper packaging that results in avoidable damage may affect liability or insurance claims.
- Shipping and collection will be arranged only through ViremontArts or its authorized logistics partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Risk of transportation transfers to the appointed courier upon successful collection, subject to applicable shipping insurance and carrier terms.
- Sellers must cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation, collection scheduling, and shipment verification.
- Payment proceeds will only be released following successful completion of applicable verification procedures and confirmation of the transaction in accordance with ViremontArts policies.
- ViremontArts reserves the right to amend its shipping, payment, and marketplace policies at any time. Updated policies become effective upon publication.
- By continuing to use ViremontArts services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
